India’s first dedicated hackathon designed exclusively for GCCs. This high-energy, hands-on innovation challenge designed to bring GCC talent together to solve high-impact GCC transformation challenges using the power of next-gen AI.

Hosted as part of GCC X…Summit 2026, this flagship hackathon empowers GCC teams to experiment, build and unlock breakthrough solutions that redefine what’s possible.

Hackathon?

GCCs today stand at the intersection of global enterprise priorities and cutting-edge technology. 

This hackathon gives GCC teams a powerful platform to:

  • Solve real GCC-aligned problem statements using next-gen technologies
  • Upskill rapidly on new-age AI technologies including GenAI, agentic systems and vibe-coding
  • Showcase innovation leadership within a global GCC community
  • Transform operational and strategic challenges into AI-powered opportunities

The Challenge Themes

Participants will be presented with a set of curated GCC-aligned problem statements, each reflecting real transformation opportunities across global capability centres. Teams can choose any one challenge to solve, giving them the chance to apply new-age AI technologies, experiment rapidly, learn hands-on and innovate with purpose.

These themes will centre around core GCC priorities, ranging from operational excellence to digital acceleration – ensuring every participant gets to work on challenges that are impactful, relevant and futurefocused.

INR 44,999/- (includes delegate passes for all hackathon team members (up to a maximum of five) and an annual membership in the 3AI ChangeMakers Circle (3AI CMC) for one member.)

Team Size

A maximum of 5 people are allowed per team

This is the flagship award of GCC FusionX, awarded to the overall best-performing team that stands out across all judging criteria, recognising the team whose solution demonstrates both vision and execution excellence.

First Runner-Up (Second Place)

Given to a team that delivers an exceptional solution with strong creativity, technical soundness, and enterprise relevance, but narrowly misses the top spot.

Second Runner-Up (Third Place)

Recognises a team that shows remarkable innovation and execution, demonstrating unique strengths in areas such as technical architecture, problem-solving, or user experience.
